This product is intended for use in the construction and treatment of pavements.

SC-250, along with SC-70, are cutback asphalts that closely resemble residual refinery products, commonly employed as heavy fuel oils like bunker C or Number six fuel oils. These SC cutback materials, whether in their pure form or blended with a relatively non-volatile substance like gas oil, are commonly referred to as “road oils.”
