It has a chocolate brown color and flows freely at ambient temperatures. This high-quality bitumen emulsion is suitable for filling potholes and conducting patch repairs using open-graded cold premix made on-site. Common methods for repairing potholes with this asphalt emulsion include the throw-and-roll technique and full-depth removal and replacement.

Applications:
BituPlus Bitumen Emulsion CMS-2h is ideal for the following applications:
1. Patch Repairing & Pot Hole Repairing:
- Clean the pot hole, removing water and debris.
- Cut it into rectangular shapes with vertical sides.
- Remove any loose material.
- Apply a track coat of asphalt emulsion on all sides and the bottom.
- Mix clean and dry aggregates with HPCPL MS cationic bitumen emulsion (typically using 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm sized aggregates in a 2:1 ratio).
- Ensure proper mixing and uniform coating.
- Fill the premix into the pot hole, slightly higher than the adjoining road surface, and roll it properly.
- Open the repaired pot hole to traffic once workers and equipment are clear.
2. Premix Carpet for Wearing Course:
- Emulsion is used for economical and fast construction of the wearing course.
